The Board of Visitors of the University of Virginia will meet in Open Session on Thursday, April 20, 2017, from 3:00 to 4:00 p.m. in the Board Room of the Rotunda. The purpose of the meeting is to consider a proposal for undergraduate tuition.

Mr. Griffin will participate from Blue Ridge Capital, 660 Madison Avenue, 20th Floor, New York NY 10065. Dr. Lateef will participate from the Main Lobby of the Kentucky Exposition Park, 937 Phillips Lane, Louisville, Kentucky 40209. Mr. Walker will participate from 15 Central Park West, Apt 14D, New York NY 10023. If there is an interruption in phone service, the participant should call 540-649-3713 for assistance.
The meeting time is approximate; the Board cannot always anticipate changes in the length of its meetings. There will not be an opportunity for unscheduled comments from the public at this meeting. There will be a designated public seating area in the meeting room. Tickets for the public seats will be available on a first-come, first-served basis on the day of the meeting.
