The schedule for the December Board of Visitors’ meetings can be found down below. The meeting times of the committees and full Board are approximate; the Board cannot always anticipate changes in the length of its meetings.
The meetings will be held in open and closed session. The open session may be accessed at https://bov.virginia.edu/live. Should there be an interruption in service during this meeting, please call Debbie Rinker at 434-924-7081.
Following a motion and vote of the Board of Visitors to convene in closed session, members of the Board and University officials will leave the open session and proceed in closed session. Following the closed session, the Board of Visitors will return to open session to certify that only public business matters lawfully exempted from open meeting requirements and which were identified in the motion authorizing the closed session were heard, discussed, or considered in closed session.
Staff, students, members of the media, and public are encouraged to view the meeting on the Board’s live website (address provided above).
There will be no opportunity for unscheduled comments from the public at this meeting.
