The Quality Subcommittee of the Health System Board of the University of Virginia will meet on Thursday, May 25, 2023, from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. (Eastern Time) in Conference Room B of the UVA Health Education Resource Center which is located at 1240 Lee Street, Charlottesville, Virginia 22903. They will discuss quality and safety information pertaining to the operations of the University of Virginia Medical Center. The agenda can be found down below.

Following a motion and vote of the Quality Subcommittee to convene in closed session, members of the Quality Subcommittee and University officials will leave the open session and proceed in closed session. Following the closed session, the Quality Subcommittee will return to open session to certify that only public business matters lawfully exempted from open meetings requirements and which were identified in the motion authorizing the closed session were heard, discussed, or considered in closed session.
