In accordance with the provisions of Va. Code § 2.2-3707, the Board of Visitors of the University of Virginia will meet by electronic communication means at 2:00 p.m. on November 2, 2023. The method by which the Board chooses to meet will not be changed unless the Board provides a new meeting notice that complies with the provisions of Va. Code § 2.2-3707.
The meeting agenda is attached. Meeting times are approximate; the Board cannot always anticipate changes in the length of its meetings.
The meeting will be held in open and closed session, with the majority of the meeting in closed session. The open sessions will be streamed live for public viewing and can be accessed at https://bov.virginia.edu/live. There will be no opportunity for unscheduled comments from the public at this meetings.
